While we take the utmost care to deliver the right product to you, we understand that in rare cases a product may arrive with damage. Please read our policy carefully:
Once an order is placed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under normal circumstances.
Size-related issues are not eligible for exchange or return, so we recommend choosing your size carefully. When in doubt, it is advisable to order one size up.
No exchange requests will be considered without a parcel opening video clearly showing the damage.
If you receive a damaged product:
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by emailing asahcollectives@gmail.com.
The email must include the parcel opening video clearly showing the damage as proof.
If the claim is verified and approved:
We will ship a replacement product.
If the same product is not available, you may choose another product of equal value.
Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
The replacement process will take approximately 5–12 working days once the returned package is received by us.
Please note:
As this is an online purchase, slight variations in color, finish, or fabric appearance may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, or photography. Such differences will not be considered valid reasons for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
A parcel opening video is mandatory for any claim or query related to damage. Without this proof, we will unfortunately not be able to process the request.
We kindly request customers to record a parcel opening video to ensure any concerns can be resolved smoothly.

We take pride in the quality of our products. Because of the nature of our inventory, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure all customers receive pristine, untouched items.
International/Customized orders not eligible for Returns/Exchanges
Returns and Eligibility
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products, or if the item received is different from what was ordered.
Timeframe: Our policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process a claim for damage or a wrong item, Asah requires a continuous unboxing video (package opening video). This video must show:
The shipping label clearly.
The sealed package being opened.
The specific defect or damage on the product.
Claims made without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We strictly do not have any returns/exchange/cancellation/refund on any products once an order is placed.
Shipping Your Return
Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team:
You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Free Replacement: A free replacement will be provided within 10 days if the product is confirmed as defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a replacement is unavailable and a refund is approved:
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
Credit Time: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Incomplete Deliveries
Asah Collective is not responsible for failed deliveries in the following cases:
Customer providing the wrong shipping address
Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) – this prevents our logistic partner from being able to clear packages
Failure to pick up package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by carrier
For all international orders, please note, you are liable for all import duties, customs, VAT and any other local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to;
payment of these might be required by our delivery partners to release your order from customs on arrival.

Delivery Procedure
You agree that the products are carefully inspected after our system has processed your order to ensure that they are in good condition. Products are packaged and handed over to our reliable delivery partners after a final round of quality inspection.
The package is then delivered as soon as possible to you by one of our delivery partners. Our delivery partners may contact you should they face any trouble locating your address or should there be any unforseen delay.
We offer free shipping on all our orders within India. There would be an additional shipping fee for all International shipments. The fee would vary depending on the country, as per the fees designated by the assigned shipping partner.
Packaging Details
Our products are carefully wrapped in paper wraps before being put in cartons for a safe delivery experience.
We take great pride in the calibre of our packaging.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email after your order has been shipped out with information on the tracking number and the courier service handling your order. You can check the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Timelines
Most orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered as per the estimated time of delivery provided on the product page/product cart. You acknowledge that delivery may be delayed depending on the source of dispatch, warehouse and your destination pin code. The actual estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you once the product has been shipped.
Domestic Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
International Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks or 3-4 weeks depending on the chosen shipping partner. Strikes or any public issues happening within a country could affect the shipment timeline.
However, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to logistics, national and public holidays, riots, political disturbance, natural calamity, act of god or any other such force majeure event. You agree that no refund or cancellation will be allowed due to any delay in delivering the products within the estimated time of delivery provided on the Website and/or communicated to you.
Shipments
All our orders are verified using codes sent via [text messages and/or e-mails] at the time of delivery (“Delivery Acceptance Codes”) to ensure secure delivery of orders. In the event that you do not receive a Delivery Acceptance Code at the time of delivery, you agree to provide the delivery personnel with a document which acts as an identity proof of the person who placed the order to complete the order.
International Shipments
With regard to International Shipping, we ship through premium shipping partners who offer express shipping and hence the cost incurred will be in accordance to with their rates. There would be an additional shipping fee for all international shipments. The fee would vary depending on the country, as per the fees designated by the assigned shipping partner.

Will it shrink after the wash?
As per the global standards, it can shrink upto 5% but if proper Wash care instructions are followed, shrinkage can be controlled upto 2%.

Domestic Orders: Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
